I switched the gauge illumination in the instrument cluster out with a passel of blue LEDs. Looks really neat in the dark! I also switched the illumination in the headlight and flasher buttons in the center console for blue LEDs.

I replaced the original HVAC system with two simple sailboat bilge blowers attached to the back of the dash vents, one for defrost and one for vent. In retrospect I think I would have left the original blower and air-direction system intact- but it is neat to be able to reuse that space for an instrument-panel with a Cycle Analyst installed!
